Paul Amato
Founder, Owner, CEO:
Paul is the former General Manager of Scarborough and Company (the home fragrance division of Crabtree & Evelyn). Paul has over 25 years experience in the home fragrance and candle industry. He is an entrepreneur who has built his business around the philosophy of continually producing high-quality products at a fair and competitive price.
Donna Martel Thomas E. Donnelly
Operations Manager:
Donna has been in the home fragrance industry for over 20 years, and at Alene for the last 8 years. Her background includes customer service, sales, project management, and materials control. Donna has a B.S. in computer science from Framingham State College, Framingham, MA.
VP of Research & Development:
Tom earned his BS in Chemistry from the University of Houston, and his MS in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. He has overseen our R&D lab since 2000. His previous work experience includes 11 years in the Coca-Cola Company’s Product Integrity Division as a Chemist, managing lab groups in the corporate offices and manufacturing plants. Tom also spent four years as a R&D Scientist in the petroleum industry, and a year as a R&D Chemist in the pharmaceutical industry.
Brad Colclasure
Chief Operating Officer:
Brad has been in the Home fragrance industry for over 14 years. He comes to Alene with an extensive background in Candle Manufacturing and Sales with one of the largest Candle Manufacturers in North America. His experience includes Regulatory Compliance, Manufacturing and Sales Management. He has a
Bachelor of Science Degree from East Tennessee State University.
